How to use the intervals timer
- Set the work time, recovery time and number of rounds.
- Press Start when the first work interval should begin.
- Follow the phase label and optional alert until every round is complete.
A real interval timer, not a renamed countdown.
- Intervals work for exercise sets, rehearsal drills, language practice, presentation practice and any routine that alternates effort with recovery.
- Each phase is calculated from its target timestamp, and the current round and next transition remain visible throughout the session.
