How to use the 45 minutes timer
- Confirm the 45 minutes preset or adjust the duration before starting.
- Press Start only when the task, class, recipe or activity is ready to begin.
- Use Pause for a real interruption, or Reset to restore the original preset.
Enough time for meaningful progress.
- Forty-five minutes gives demanding work room to develop while retaining a definite endpoint for rest, review or a change of activity.
- Keep the display visible, enable screen wake lock when supported, or enter fullscreen when the timer needs to guide a shared room.
