How to use the 30 seconds timer
- Confirm the 30 seconds preset or adjust the duration before starting.
- Press Start only when the task, class, recipe or activity is ready to begin.
- Use Pause for a real interruption, or Reset to restore the original preset.
A compact interval with a definite end.
- Thirty seconds fits a workout set, hand-washing check, speaking exercise, memory prompt or deliberate reset between tasks.
- Use optional sound when you cannot watch the screen, or keep it silent for a visible cue in a shared room.
