How to use the 1 minute timer
- Confirm the 1 minute preset or adjust the duration before starting.
- Press Start only when the task, class, recipe or activity is ready to begin.
- Use Pause for a real interruption, or Reset to restore the original preset.
Small enough to begin immediately.
- Use one minute for focused breathing, a movement break, a rapid review, a speaking prompt or the first step of a larger task.
- The timer stays paused at 01:00 until Start is pressed and recalculates from its target time after a sleeping tab wakes.
