How to use the 90 minutes timer
- Confirm the 90 minutes preset or adjust the duration before starting.
- Press Start only when the task, class, recipe or activity is ready to begin.
- Use Pause for a real interruption, or Reset to restore the original preset.

- Ninety minutes can hold a deep-work cycle, a practice exam, a class, a rehearsal or a creative session without repeated clock checking.
- Use wake lock when supported, keep sound optional, and enter fullscreen when the finish needs to remain visible across a room.
